We'll provide to Owners or Design/Builders a complete design package consisting of Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Civil design. We will subcontract the design services and coordinate all models into a master model using Tekla Structures as the modeling platform.
We'll include structural detailing as part of the design depending on the specific project needs. Information from the master model will be freely transmitted to all project team members for use in scheduling, estimating, change management, clash prevention, and material tracking.
We'll provide to Owners, Design/Builders, Construction Managers, General Contractors, or Structural Engineers design assistance as required. If required, we'll coordinate all models into a master model using Tekla Structures as the modeling platform. If the Architect is contracted to provide the master model, we will coordinate the import/export process.

This will be done in conjunction with our Complete Design or Design Assist program. Modeling techniques and information management will be demonstrated to your employees either in your office or our office.
By training on an actual project, you will benefit from not only the modeling experience, but from the knowledge your people will gain on a job they're actually going to be on. This is an excellent way to get you handling BIM Management on your own projects. It may sound crazy that we'd offer to teach you what we do, but we feel once you get into BIM, you'll never go back to 2D methods. You'll still have plenty of work for us.
